Items purchased online are eligible for a store credit or exchange within 20 days of purchase. Tags must be attached & must be in original condition with no signs of wear. Shipping fees are non refundable. This is our online return policy only.
If an item looks worn, soiled or used, Elle Mio can refuse a return or exchange. No exceptions.

You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.

What are your delivery options?
We offer both Regular-parcel, and Express-Post service through Canada Post. Orders shipped Express-Post take 3 - 5 business days on average to most parts of Canada.
How long will my order take to ship?
Please allow 1 - 2 business days to prepare and ship your order. You will receive a tracking number when your order is on it's way.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we deliver Internationally through UPS. If you live outside of Canada and wish to place an order, please contact us for the best shipping rates
