RETURNS

Items purchased on-line or over the phone may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within twenty (20) days of the original purchase date to allow adequate shipping times.

 

In-store purchases must be processed by the original store that the purchase was made within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

 

Items must be in the original package/condition, all tags must be attached as they were at the time of purchase, and the item must be accompanied with the original receipt.

If an item looks worn, soiled or used, Elle Mio can refuse a return or exchange. No exceptions.

Please note, due to health regulations, all underwear, hosiery, shape-wear  swimwear and delicate wash solutions are FINAL SALE.

How do I track my order?

 

You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Your order can be tracked on www.CanadaPost.ca.

Or www.UPS.com for international orders.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Please check courier websites for contact information regarding your package once it has shipped.

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer both Regular-parcel, and Express-Post service through Canada Post. Orders shipped Express-Post take 3 - 5 business days on average to most parts of Canada.

How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow 1 - 2 business days to prepare and ship your order. You will receive a tracking number when your order is on it's way.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we deliver Internationally through UPS. If you live outside of Canada and wish to place an order, please contact us for the best shipping rates
